AUCTION TERMS: All items sell in the AS-IS condition with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller or the Auctioneer. All sales are final. Jagger Auctioneers describes issues that would have been noticed but does not inspect items thoroughly. Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to house or grounds during removal.

PAYMENT TERMS: All payments will be made online with a credit card prior to being scheduled a pick up time. These terms are new for our auction company and we do not like them anymore than you, but we must adhere to special regulations to meet the COVID-19 social distancing regulations.

LOADING ASSISTANCE: Please bring proper vehicle to fit all items in. There is no loading assistance. Please come prepared with enough help, proper vehicle and tools needed to remove items from walls, electric, and gas. Remember to bring boxes or totes for loose items in the lots.
