PREVIEW TIME: The barn will open at 9:00 AM on Jan. 25th for preview.
PICK UP DATE AND TIME IS Sunday; January 26th PM from 1:00-2:00 PM for online Buyers.
BUYERS PREMIUM/SALES TAX: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each final bid price for both online and onsite bidders. Knox County Sales tax 7.25%.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express with an additional convenience fee of 3% added to the total invoice, local check (under $500 unless approved ahead) & cash. Payment must be made prior to the background check or picking any items up or shipping.
ONLINE/ ONSITE FLOOR BIDDING: This auction will turn into a simulcast sale at 10:00 AM on Saturday Jan. 25th when the live auction with floor bidding begins. The online bidders will see in “real time” as the bidding proceeds and be able to advance their bid with either a max bid placed ahead of time or by manually bidding. Jagger Auctioneers will not be liable for any internet, phone, communication errors and does not guarantee that an online bid will be received. This service is provided as a convenience and subject to internet and network failure.
PICK UP: Shipping to an FFL Is Available with the Buyer being responsible for handling fee of $20.00 plus actual shipping and packing costs. All other buyers shall pick up items after payment the day of sale. Any out of state buyers are required to ship to an FFL in their state. Scheduled Pickup date and time is Jan. 26th from 1:00-2:00 PM
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly.
CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be used to display items.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
CHOOSE WISELY: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly.
FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will be observed. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and FBI background check will be performed before possession of firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 45% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and buyer's premium forfeited. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms). Unless described as “NO PAPERWORK NECESSARY” there will be a $10/ invoice service charge added.
SHIPPING OF FIREARMS: All firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Federal firearm Licensee) of the buyer's choosing, FFLs are easy to find and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to the buyer. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the firearm to the buyer including any required background checks, the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by his/her FFL.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
