BIDDING BEGINS TO END: TUESDAY; APRIL 21st @ 8:00 PM (Any lot with bidding activity in the last 5 mins will be extended 3 mins from that time).
PICK UP DATE: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. THESE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE SCHEDULED ON THURSDAY; APRIL 23rd FROM 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM. We will start to make emails and text messages once invoices are paid to work out a time that is most convenient for you. No children under the age of 16 will be allowed to attend this pickup. Only 2 people per invoice will be allowed into the house to gather items. We will schedule these in 15 min increments and please be patient if there is a short wait to load out your items. We will make this work and will continue to adjust as we see how this process works.

AUCTION TERMS: All items sell in the AS-IS condition with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller or the Auctioneer. All sales are final. Jagger Auctioneers describes issues that would have been noticed but does not inspect items thoroughly. Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to house or grounds during removal.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: 13% (This is 10% usual Buyer’s Premium plus a 3% processing fee for credit cards)
SALES TAX: N/A
PAYMENT TERMS: All payments will be made online with a credit card prior to being scheduled a pick up time. These terms are new for our auction company and we do not like them anymore than you, but we must adhere to special regulations to meet the COVID-19 social distancing regulations.
SHIPPING: Not Available
LOADING ASSISTANCE: Please bring proper vehicle to fit all items in. There is no loading assistance. Please come prepared with a helper for furniture and heavy items. Remember to bring packing material and boxes for any glass or lots that have multiple items.
SOCIAL DISTANCING: We must maintain a minimum of 6’ social distancing at this pickup location. This will be different than our usual pickups. We will allow very few people into the house at any given time. We want to provide a safe environment for our Buyers and Staff during this craziness called COVID-19. Anyone that does not feel well or has a fever must contact us immediately and we will make special arrangements.
