AUCTION TERMS: All items sell in the AS-IS condition with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller or the Auctioneer. All sales are final. Buyer is responsible for looking at items prior to placing a bid to make sure the condition is suitable to them. Jagger Auctioneers describes issues that would have been noticed but does not inspect items thoroughly. Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to building or grounds during removal. Bring help to load items in a timely fashion as there is not a lot of room in driveway or on the street.
