PICK UP DATE: FRIDAY; SEPT 25th 12:00-5:00 ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN THIS TIME UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.

AUCTION TERMS: All items sell in the AS-IS condition with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller or the Auctioneer. All sales are final. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inspect and preview the item(s) prior to bidding to make sure that the condition meets their expectations. Jagger Auctioneers describes issues that would have been noticed but does not inspect items thoroughly. Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items. Professional contractors should be used when needed at the Buyer’s expense. Including but not limited to unhooking electric and gas lines on certain lots. Buyer to be responsible for the costs associated with any damage to the building.
