TERMS: All items sell in the AS-IS condition and all sales are final. Buyer Premium 13%. Applicable sales tax collected. Payment shall be made by credit card up to $5,000 (3% Convenience Fee), cash or good local check, or wire transfer required for over $15,000 unless approved ahead of time. Titles will be mailed within 30 days of payment. Auctioneer Statements the day of sale shall take precedence over all advertised terms. Buyer is responsible for removal of all items.

BIDDING TURNS TO SIMULCAST AUCTION: Saturday; January 25th @ 10:00 AM Online bidding turns into a live auction with the ability to bid in person or online. There is no guarantee that the online portion will not have a delay.
ONLINE BUYER PICK UP DATE: MONDAY; January 27th 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM or By Appointment. Payment must be made prior to removal of items.

AUCTION TERMS: All items sell in the AS-IS condition with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller or the Auctioneer. All sales are final. Jagger Auctioneers has not tested any of these items unless stated as such in the description. Buyer is responsible for previewing items to make sure the condition is what they want prior to placing a bid. Titles will be mailed within 30 days of payment. Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to building or grounds during removal.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: 13% added to the winning bid.

BUYER PAYMENT TERMS: GOOD LOCAL CHECK, CASH UP TO $10,000, CREDIT CARD UP TO $5,000 w/ 3% convenience fee, Invoices over $15k require wire transfer unless check approved ahead of time, PAYMENT CAN BE MADE ONLINE OR AT THE TIME OF PICKUP. OUT OF STATE BUYERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY BY WIRE TRANSFER.
SHIPPING/Delivery: Shall be arranged for by the Buyer at the Buyers own expense. There is a loading dock at this location. If delivery is needed we do have local contractors that we can refer.
