Real estate sells 'AS IS'

The successful bidder(s) at the auction will make a non refundable deposit of 10% of the purchase price payable by check at the conclusion of sale, and proceed to close not sooner than Jan. 6th 2025 and no later than Jan. 17th 2025.

The Seller agrees to pay for deed preparation, the conveyance fee, proration of real estate taxes based on current valuation (no CAUV recoupment paid by Seller on any tract)  Title Search and Title Insurance Policy, and survey with split expenses. If sold in combination, survey will be done accordingly.

Property to sell in multi parcel format whichever way it brings the most money. Sells with no reserve at ABSOLUTE auction.

There is a 10% Buyer's Premium to be added to the wining bid to determine the Purchase Price. Property will be sold by the acre with final price determined by the final Survey.
