Due to the upcoming sale of the real estate we wish to sell the cleaning rights in the barn. You can take the items you want and leave the rest. 1990 Dodge Ram 250 van that does not run, Atlas metal lathe, and wire shelf.

AUCTION TERMS: All items sell in the AS-IS condition with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller or the Auctioneer. All sales are final. This is primarily a scrap auction. Nothing is assumed to be in working condition. Buyers will be required to sign a hold harmless agreement prior to being allowed to load.

PAYMENT TERMS: Cash, Good Check, All Major Credit Cards. Payment by credit card will have an additional 3% convenience fee added to the invoice. All items must be paid for in full prior to pick up.
